Lucky me! I’m a Seattle native. My family lived in Seattle & the Eastside, with my high school years on the Long Beach Peninsula in SW Washington at the Columbia River & the Pacific Ocean. We were thrilled each summer to spend time on Whidbey Island with family.
I graduated from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon with a BS in Business Administration.
Living near the water and mountains is important to me.
The Northwest is home.
I found my career as a real estate agent as a young adult. Many of you have never heard of home mortgage interest rates as high as 17.5%, but that was the extremely tough real estate market I started and learned in. In 1988, I moved to a growing real estate firm called Windermere Real Estate, and helped establish this company as the most solid real estate company in the Northwest.
Western Washington is now home to many significant companies that do business all around the world. Technology enables all of us to easily talk, and conduct business, no matter our differences in time zones or regions.
My work is fun, I enjoy meeting all of you. When I work with someone I helped buy or sell before, it is like seeing an old friend again. Building long-term relationships is one of many benefits I gain from my career! If you’re reading this, chances are you already know something about me.
Whether your move is just around the corner, across town, a relocation to or from Washington State, a sale of a family property, or simply the excitement of new horizons, let my depth of experience help make your move be right.
I offer 3 solid decades of skilled negotiation and representation for seller clients and buyer clients.
My connections and years of experience can guide you to the best decision, which sometimes means you stay put where you currently live. For frank, no pressure discussion, give me a call, or send me an email, and let’s start talking.
Your trust and confidence is my bottom line.
